Who I am
A multidisciplinary chef.
I’m a Dubai-based culinary leader creating premium gastronomic experiences for hotels and global brands. In more than 15 years I have worked across culinary arts, consulting and television, and I combine creativity, education and brand storytelling to elevate hospitality experiences.

My vision as a chef
Gastronomy as a force for good.
I believe I can make a better world through gastronomy.
In 2015 I developed two pastry programs for a culinary university in Venezuela, and from that moment I knew my purpose was teaching and sharing knowledge. Food has always been my way of teaching, and I take that responsibility wherever I go.
The journey so far
From Caracas to Dubai.

- 2023Healthy cooking classes for 300 children with Fundación Polar in Venezuela.
- 2025Culinary instructor with GEMS Schools in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and a jury member at a family MasterChef event.
